Bored with rawfood
on the ccc diet for mental sanity while nursing!!! coffee, chocolate and cardio

I get these good eggs from Walmart (yes I know Walmart is crap but free range hens don't lay in the winter hardly!). Sometimes I want something different. I guess I need to think outside the box or mason jar.
New grocery store is opening up here. I wonder what they will have in terms of produce. I want to try raw grassfed beef that is organic but not till I'm into my muscle building phase. Right now I'm tearing down to build back up. My mother ate organic beef livers and she's cancer free.
The residents' families have been bringing more fruit baskets. No one eats the fruit. I eat it all :D So I've been passing on the green smoothies BUT I get hungry and want something to eat besides apples.
Yes I'm going to begin to make affirmations to bring more happy rawfood energy into my life. Today was mentally tough on me. I thought about killing people, committing suicide and tired all at once. I'm fine now that I went to the gym and pumped some iron. I still love nursing. Thank God for chocolate in all its lovely forms :D
