Thieves Vinegar plus a Therapeutic Dosage of Vitamin D

I've finally developed some very light cold symptoms for which I am truly grateful as I now know that I can allow my body to cleanse! In N. Cal. I was such a sauna junkie that I never allowed a build-up of whatever could be sweated out! Now I don't have a sauna but up till a few months ago I was taking hot salt baths and working up a good enough sweat. However, my house manager-friend complained about the high water usage and I immediately & voluntarily cut the baths down. Then my "acupuncture" team also discouraged the heat. So by just taking warm baths occasionally I have minimized the glorious sweats that I use to have frequently!
(During the last few days I took daily baths.)

However, Thieves Vinegar plus a therapeutic dosage of Vitamin D has allowed me only light symptoms over the past three days and after another gargle tonight and more "D" I expect those will be quickly fading out!

What a contrast to my years growing up in Chicago when I would have a cold all Winter long! Now it's like one little wimpy cold in about ten years!

I'll add that having an attitude of gratitude may help as well! If you only knew everything that works together for your good you would be more than amazed! (Gratitude is a "basement bargain" appreciation for the blessings bestowed on us!)
