"Is Not Freedom To Choose Our Food At Least As Fundamental A Right As The Freedom To Worship?"

Joel says: "I drink raw milk (sold illegally on the underground market)"

This can appear to be mostly about "raw milk" however, Joel makes it clear that our heritage of freedom that made America truly great is being turned into a pumpkin fit for smashing.
