Planning on taking Level One training at Golden Bridge Yoga next year. I just love kundalini yoga. I love bikram yoga too but NYC on the weekends is more realistic for my schedule than nine weeks in Las Vegas. Plus I really vibe with the energy of Gurmukh.

My adopted kitty is licking my toe. Pure bliss considering I just got home from an 11p-3a shift at the nursing home. I feel as if I'm entering the next phase of my uncovering.
