Day 12

Weak feeling, tired feeling

Today day 12 it seems likely yesterday was day 12 for some reason. It's taking a toll on my today I have to say. This morning's gym session was awful had to stop the later part of Erolls class which is so unlike me. My body just felt really tired. Couldn't move the way I'm acustomed moving couldn't lift my arms or legs just felt like wushhhhhhhhhhhh! however I did have a sweat and I guess a few calories were burnt. Worked arms yesterday in the gym and it's like they are aching me.
It's friday and I'm so glad can't wait to just relax and take it easy this weekend. I'm not comming into work at all just gonna do the sale Saturday and give michelle notice on Sunday.

My stomach feels empty jumped on scales last night, or was it this mroning? anyhow they said just over 170 I think i'm around 175lbs not sure coz those scales are freaking out. Gonna jump on the scales in the studen gym or Erolls on Monday. Over the next two weeks I really want to aim for at least 12lbs. Yeah I know it's not about the weight loss it's about kick starting the whole process of live foods and eating healthier but cheese on the loss is a bonus.

Anywhow let me know if anyone is out there listening reading helping me, I'm feeling a little lonely up here.
