Day 10
Salt Fish
Date: 5/28/2008 9:41:18 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2072 times Wednesday and day 10 already. Yesterday I was craving sweets and we all know why that is. This morning I had my tea, didn't have any last night but for some reason this morning I'm craving salt fish with onions...ummmmmmmm!
I'm sleeping deep and waking up quite tired despite having gone to bed after 8 last night. Concentration is out the window and mood is really really manic. God only knows what's going on with that. Like a rollar coaster. No desires to break the fast hoping that class tonight I am able to concentrate. On Monday I had a dreadful headache so much so that it was difficult to study. I decided to take a summer course to keep me busy and prepare me for studies when I return to the UK it's going okay quite interesting actually.
Anyhow aunt flow still around and can't wait for her to leave so I can jump on the scales and see how far I've got. Must admit I feel lighter feel as if I have lost a couple of pounds for sure. 15 more days and then I'm off.
