Seeing Through to the Other Side

Date: 1/8/2008 5:30:18 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2351 times This morning I wanted to quit yoga. I went to sleep a little later than I wanted to and then I woke up earlier than I wanted to. My body must love four am as a wake up time. Anyway, I stopped the DVD a few times and felt that if I quit that would set a really negative pace for the day. Not good when starting a rigorous education programme. Anyhoo, I finished but did not do the meditation because I didn't want to fall asleep :-) I feel awake and plan to carry more food with me.
Last night I was in bed and decided to do an impromptu meditation towards the Eight Gates. In this 'dream' world I met my old 'sister-friend' construct from the days when I experimented with asatru/norse paganism. Who knew that the 'sister-friend' construct would 'change' to be within my own personal paradigms of spirituality and faith which now is back to the Roman Catholicism of my birth (and that's my FINAL answer! LOL). She asked me if she was still my 'sister-friend' and I said of course and she ushered me into my 'creative visualization wonderland'. If I wanted to think of it right now it'd pop into my head exactly the way I created it when I first started seriously doing creative visualization and guided meditation.
I have a garden in my 'wonderland' where I go to speak to the Blessed Virgin (she apepared to me I didn't conjure the BVM myself!) and Jesus Christ had also revealed HIMSELF to me on the shores of oceans. Every time I invite the Holy Spirit to bless my meditation, Jesus shows up. Well I suppose if you send an invitation don't be surprised if the person shows up right?
