One thing we all should try to do in this life is not have a  bad mouth problem!!

  Our mouth tends to express our interself...  This colors our life and relationship with others...  If we are not careful it can cause much grief and distress in not only our life, but also to those we contact on our pathway of life...

It all comes back to our attitude and how we view ourself...   If you are not happy or satisfied in our own life; then you will be a restless spirit!!

So where do you find this peace you seek??    
Well the secret is to first come to know and love yourself...  Because if you can not love yourself then you will never learn to love others...  Sounds selfish, but in fact it is a GOD given principle...   Only those who understand and love or respect them selves can ever have the ability to love or respect others...   

If you are not happy with yourself then you can never get beyond feeling sorry for yourself and therefore never seeing the needs of others...  It is the law of care and share... 

This is the beginning of being able to receive the abundant love of GOD...  Once you start to receive the love of GOD; your countenance will change and your mind will be invigorated; to the point that you will lose self interest...  Then you will become more engrossed in sharing the love of GOD and therefore care for your fellow humans...

Don't let anything separate you from the love of GOD!!  Many things in this life will cause you to doubt and even turn from the love of GOD; but if in your heart, it is found, then nothing will separate you from the Love of GOD...

This comes from having control over your tongue and not letting your mouth cause pain and grief to others...  Therefore learn this great truth...  Be stable in your actions and don't jump around in things... All of this will come little by little...  Seek ye first the kingdom of Heaven and all these things will be added unto you!! 

It starts with learning to guard your mouth!!
