How are you?
You eyes meet mine.
I was once crippled too.
I could not spread my legs apart
more than 1/4 inch.
I was stuck that way for more than a year.
It is possible to walk again.

Eve,
A youth who just graduated from college,
someone I knew since he was a little boy
is living in my house now.
He helped me set up a scanner.
I am able to translate some images to digital.
The weather is San Diego is very cool
in sync with some gardening we did on Saturday
that uprooted a dream I had rooted.
I did not defend the patch that was uprooted.
There was a lot of overgrowth in our front yard.
I wanted to see it cut back, but I did not find the
strength in me to defend the patch where

I am Uprooted.
Where I am now in my life.

This is my morning writing.
This is the second day I have felt my nerves shot.
I could hardly get out of bed.
The weather is cool, unusual weather for
this time of year.
We uprooted some plants the other day here,
maybe disturbed some nature elements.
I am still processing.
I feel better, now from this morning work.
A few more things I want to put up
to feel complete.
Then going to acupuncture.

What is it to love a plant?
A noble stand of Peppermint Scented Geranium
growing in our backyard. There has been
growing here for more than 10-13 years.
The flower, at certain times of the year,
puts out little white flowers that look
like Fairies. I relate to this patch as
being the home of invisible fairies.
There have been many times when
I had been out there with visitors and
talked to this patch. The wind comes up
and the leaves move. Other times,
there is no wind. I can point my finger
and the leaves respond with movement.

We did some good and necessary trimming of
our front yard.
The Peppermint Scented Geranium got
cut into. I do not find this is a plant that likes to be cut back.
It shows leggy undergrowth when you do this.
This is one of my favorite plants.

Called in Kerry Echo yesterday for help here.
I wasn’t sure she was coming over.
She did.
Yesterday was Natan’s first day here in his room.
There needs to be a whole lot of communication
between him and the person on the other side of the wall.
That communication did not happen.
I can’t take full responsibility for community living
working out here. I can’t make this work for everyone.
Everyone needs to decide about their own limits,
and not blame me for choosing that they want to live here.

Got a call from Stephen Markowitz,
the owner with Fiona of the Hidden Valley Spa
and Retreat.
This is the remarkable healing land where
Dr. Bernard Jensen lives and taught so many people
how to return to a healthy life through nature contact.
I lived there for a number of years on and off
in the 1970’s,

My spiritual father, Dr. Bernard Jensen
lived to 92. I did not meet him until he was around 67
at the youngest. We were a good team.
The other night, I saw ”A Beautiful Truth,”
a wonderful CD I highly recommend about the
work of Max Gerson M.D.
who showed many people including
Albert Schweitzer
how to return to health.
In the early scenes of the film I began to tear up.
I learned about Dr. Max Gerson from
Dr. Bernard Jensen.
Dr. Bernard Jensen helped more than 350,000
patients to improve their health.

EcoUseable now has a flattop bottle top.
I am glad for this. I have numbers of these
bottles that I use around the house of drinking.
They are BPA free stainless steel bottles.
They take out tons of carcinogens
and 65% of the flourine.
We are still need to do more work
with the city water supply to get
the flourine out.
Watching "Beautiful Truth" about
the Gerson Therapy was a shocker.

Just got an email from Marc Wollman,
one of my allies with EcoUsuable,
the stainless steel water bottle I use.
I use the Ech2o Filter model that takes out
99.9% of the chlorine and 65% of the flourine
from tap water.

I talked to Scott Harrison about the project.
I wanted to see if I could make an alliance
between Keep The Beet’s project to
evolve beyond the use of Styrofoam through
substituting Biosmart 100 % Sugar Cane Bagasse
compost friendly take out. Two of the main volunteers
