I made with him last night after the American Association
for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)
Annual Meeting Opening Ceremony.
Prove it is the Scientific Method.
I appreciated what he had to say,
and pass this message along to those touting both GMO,
organic methods, as well as beyond Organic methods
(i.e, biodynamic farming methods)
that will determine The Future of Foods.
Prove it! Prove it and share the science-based research
that you have already done.
Look at your results. Show it works. Prove it is good
for people. Show it will help our world
today in light of all the problems we face.

Who tells us what to eat?
Of course, we are the ultimate chooser
of what goes in our mouth, but this becomes
a little dicey when what we no longer know
what is in the food that goes in our mouth.
This is part of the issue behind labeling our foods.
We know by USDA law now what is organic.
The organic trade is certified by various controlling
bodies that put a kind of ”This is Kosher” stamp
of approval on organic food. These specs
let us know if a good passes organic
specs.
This is not the case with many other supermarket

at Hamilton High School.
She called me "Uncle Leslie"
in front of her students.
By the end of the day, every kid
was calling me "Uncle Leslie."
It was a most delightful experience.
I was really able to connect with
these 15 year olds.

It has taken me a long time to get use to being called that.
My relation with family is not exactly normal.
My mother died when I was 12 years old.
She was the center of our household.

A few months ago or less, I was riding on a cloud.
What went right?
What as I doing that was in sync with my destiny?
