What I did with my time today.
I am feeling bug life on my legs
from entering the basement, and
pressures are with me.

Just got up from a nap...
I must have been down for more than an hour it seems.
What did I do with my time today?
How to make the most of the time
I have left today?
Jumped out of bed around 7:17 AM.
I heard the trucks coming, the trucks
that take away The Black Cans.
The Black Cans go out every Friday.
I learned some things today.
The driver’s name of the truck that
picks up The Black Cans in ”Horhey.”
I am sure it is not spelled that way,
but that is how it sounds.

I am feeling really shaky.
It’s an emotional earthquake,
part of The Great Earth Cleanup.
Our emotions are tied in with our Stuff.
We have Stuff--material Stuff--as one way
to not deal with our feelings.
Feelings are difficult to feel for most of us.
I have been in avoidance
regarding the Basement for a long time--years.
It has been easier to not take on directly the resistance.
Now, time feels of the essence
because I have set aside time to take on this cleanup.
I have been putting my energy on other Life Giving things.

Feeling better this morning.
Got a chance to stay in bed until
9 AM.
Have been up for a couple hours or more...
using The Peaceful Inner Eye to Pierce
into the Archetypes of things.
Have also been spending time making lists.
Lists are needed now.
I am not eating well.
Angelene’s mother and step father are visiting.
It is a treat. Ron, her stepfather, is a prayer filled man,
and a real treasure. It has difficulty walking around, and uses
a cane. Lots of body scars and survival thanks to Conventional Drugs.
He is a precious man.

For many years, I have been concerned
that the Essene School of Thought audio
Cassette tapes that were made in 1979,
were not on CD for Preservation.
Yesterday, thanks to Paris Bingo,
the First of these audio cassettes
was transferred to his computer.
Last night, the first CD was burned.
It is now the time for Firing the Grid.
I am Firing My Grid through uploading
this first CD to my Itunes.

It was top heavy.
The other sunflower, planted the say time,
has not yet bloomed.

The Farm Bill, excellent discussed in
”Foodfight,” by Daniel Imhoff, moves more into
the public eye this Monday when Michael Pollen
goes into NPR’s On Point Show.
The Farm Bill, more appropriately the Food and Farm Bill
determines the billions of dollars spent that determines
food substidies. This year, OTA, Organic Trade Association,
are fighting to get some of that money for organic growers.
The Farm Bill has far reaching consequences.

Listened to Soap Box Speech last night from
a close friend about Live Earth,
the seven continent splurge of energy
that lit up a lot of lightbulbs
last weekend, July 7.
Was it a good use of energy
or a waste?
I really was more in agreement
with her than disagreement about what she was
saying. The shifts in habits calling for
a really deep shift in consciousness away
from our material lifestyles.
I guess she was angry about other underlying things
and just had some late night energy she wanted to
express.
