Second day of the Harvest Festival
of Succot started tonight. Melanchony
feelings, headache, cleaning, turn to
gentle acceptance for tomorrows event.

Have a headache.
Maybe I am coming down with something.
It is the second night of Sukkot,
one of the three main harvest festivals
within the Jewish Tradition.
I have been feeling various emotions
the last numbers of hours, thankful
for the support I will be having tomorrow
at our first Soilmates Sacred Circle from
housemate Scott, who will lead a relaxation
meditation at the beginning of the one hour circle.
Angel cannot get the day off work.
Anna has made plans to go elsewhere.

Feeling like of woozy.
Been at a great Pioneers in Recovery Conference
the last three days.
Woke up with a headache, and now feeling
very tired and physically off.
Got my signals crossed by this event
being held last night and tonight at MiraCosta College,
about one hour from here.

How do you feel about feeling the way you do?
Can you accept the way you are?
Do you feel ashamed that you are seemingly an adult outside
and can do some adult things, but you are ashamed that it has
taken you so long to grow up emotionally?
Are you ashamed that you can be so addicted to another person?
If you feel this way, you may be dealing with shame.

I was at the Whole Being Weekend.
I was coming out of the nursery and wanted to go to
the car to put some things in. It was early Saturday
eve, but dark.
I wanted to walk one way,
but the Voices inside, not my Voices,
likely Angels and Spirit
said, ”Go this way!”
I didn’t feel like being told what to do,
and I questioned why I should go that way
when I wanted to go this way.
I did what I was told as an experiment.

Looking at some New Year Resolutions
I am making so I can gain more freedom
this year.
Spoke to Best Friend last night
about my being more honest
with my feelings, and more honest
in my writing. Writing for me is
a tool of healing. I can get under
and through feelings through writing
them out. I can become more
conscious and bring to light my dark
places that need more Light.

I cannot control her.
