Okay...so I talk to God...then why do I need religion? I don't really...I could just turn my face to God and look straight into the light of God's love and walk right out of my body... but I am still here so I must have some lessons to learn.
I have been talking to God since I was a child but my perception of God has significantly changed over time... Perhaps this is why I am still in a physical body?
I remember having school peers who rolled gay men and beat them up as they walked out of bars when I was a teen. No dairy is the best place to start. Second- Drinking lots of clean water. I use apple cider vinegar, cayenne, and the spice turmeric for preventing sllergie and I add extra cayenne if I feel allergies coming on. If my thoat gets scratchy I add some local honey. Bob sugested freeze dried sting nettles. I am going to see if it helps some allergy sufferes who are not brave enough to try the apple cider vinegar. Unlike my day to day submerssion in regular day to day life, my NDE is an event that plays over and over inside of me, like "Groundhog Day," the movie. I keep learning more each day within the context of my NDE, but I continue going on with my life.
