Gee, are we are all goners?   3 y
Just read several recent " Bad News Posts the first; 20 Places You're Most Likely to Catch COVID, then also; 98 Symptoms Coronavirus Patients Say They've Had "Long haulers" report a wide variety of painful side effects from COVID-19.

Both posts if actually factual and believable make many of us kaput! If either of these are what you would call reliable - then maybe we should start over again. Just take time and actually read, concentrate, and critically think about the subject matter. The vastness and depth of these posts seem to almost be unbelievable! With such thinking and or reasoning - you may want to consider jumping off some high place or just running madly out into the desert! ** I have quite a bit of real-life experience and have used both logic, and critical thinking to reason such wild plan ...   read more

What are we talking about?   4 y
“Climategate” and questionable practices of the Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University, have raised new doubts about the conclusions of climate scientists.

Recently there has been a growing scientific voice against the warnings of the global warming community. Recent scandals, such as “Climategate” and questionable practices of the Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University, have raised new doubts about the conclusions of climate scientists. 1 It seems that similar to the origins controversy, this is another issue where scientists have allowed their personal biases to lead them off the line of truth. It has become similar to the creation versus evolution issue in that there is so much emotional investment in the global warming positio ...   read more

His word tells us, again and again, He is Lord of Heaven and Earth. And now, in the 21st Century, He has chosen to show us. The gospels are not fiction. They are records. Learning happens one thing at a time   4 y
Real success happens when we focus on only one thing at a time.

When you are attempting to learn new things or ways to improve your life - it is to far better to stick to working with only one element at a time! I discovered this when I decided concentrate or study only one subject at a time. This offers a better system of developing a knowledge base! Then I only move on when I fully mastered the new material. I noticed that I could learn something much faster when I totally immersed myself in it. The common practice was to study multiple subjects a day - liked that approach because it was far too scatterbrained! The more you study learning some ...   read more

Pocket worthyStories to fuel your mind. by: Sarah Sloat Psychologists have a pretty good idea of what typically makes a human happy. Dancing delights us. Being in nature brings us joy. And, for most people, frequent contact with good friends makes us feel content. That is unless you’re really, really smart. In a 2016 paper published in the British Journal of Psychology, researchers Norman Li and Satoshi Kanazawa report that highly intelligent people experience lower life satisfaction when they socialize with friends more frequently. These are the Sherlocks and the Newt Scamanders ...   read more

Seek the choices that really count in your life! Otherwise, boredom will steal not only your time but your future development! What is most important to you?

Seek the truth to find the right answerers! You have to follow the right ways, in order to find the evidence for whatever mind-set you choose. I once heard a story about a man who uses a wheelchair. When asked if it was difficult being confined, he responded, “I’m not confined to my wheelchair — I am liberated by it. If it wasn’t for my wheelchair, I would be bed-bound and never able to leave my house. ” This shift in perspective completely and transformed how he lived each day. I think it’s important to remind yourself that the things you do each day are not burdens, they are op ...   read more

The only question is, which plans will you choose?

The Choice to Be Shy By Jessica Giaimo | February 25, 2019 Growing up, I was painfully shy. I could hardly look a person in the eyes, and the thought of getting up and speaking in front of people would bring me to the point of tears. My mom and I joke to this day about how she always had to ask the sales clerk if I could have a fitting room to try on clothes because I was too scared to ask for myself. For the longest time, I believed this was just my personality. I was the shy, quiet girl who didn’t like too much attention. But while it was true that I was more of an introvert, ...   read more
