Hiya, the best thing to do on St. Padre Pio’s feast day is to eat a special meal in honour of this great Saint, you are not mean’t to fast on a Saint’s day but celebrate with joy.
You could do other thing like say a litany and prayers to him, (check for Litany of St. Padre Pio on the net) say 5 our fathers in his honour. Just have a good time and eat your favourite meal.
God Bless

Prayer in honour of the Sorrows of Our Lady. 13 y
A heartfelt prayer...
In this lengthy but beautiful prayer in honor of the sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we present our own sorrows and ask Mary to intercede for us with her Son, so that our request may be granted.
The word dolors comes from the Latin, and simply means "sorrows"; and filial (also from the Latin) means "of a son or daughter." So we, as Christians, approach Our Lady of Sorrows with the confidence that we would approach our own mother.
