Hello, I just got my Blessed Herbs kit and the toxin absorber already has bentonite clay in it. Since it can swell to 40 times its weight when mixed with water, I don’t think it’s a good idea to add more bentonite clay while taking the BH toxin absorber since too much bentonite clay will actually cause constipation. I’m pretty confident the BH folks have got the colon cleansing kit formula down to a pat. Why don’t you try the kit first and see how it goes? 2,725 hits

I’ve always found Bentonite clay online. The best prices I’ve found anywhere are here. http://search.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/nsearch?catalog=vitaglo&query=bentonite... There are also many other sites that sell Bentonite clay. Just go to Google and do a search for bentonite clay. This powder will have to be hydrated, but I just take mine and add distilled water to it in a covered plastic container, use a hand mixer to get it to a yogurt consistancy and use it as needed. 1,670 hits

Hi Emilyah! The B&P shakes are easy to find at any health food store. The psyllium husk and bentonite clay are the two things you need to buy. The liquid bentonite clay (I think it’s called Sonne’s 7 or something like that) is the best. You can buy powdered bentonite clay, but it doesn’t mix as well as the liquid. You add a teaspoon of the psyllium husk and a tablespoon bentonite clay to a glass of distilled water. You will need to drink it quickly before it gets too think. Start off with one shake per day. Hello, I received an email today from the company I ordered the clay from, and I was told that it is called ’Green Illite’ clay, which comes from quarries in the south of France. Although the clay has detoxifying properties, I’m still unsure whether it attracts parasites and toxins in the same way Bentonite clay does. I can only tell you that for me it is a sign that I need to detoxify. Poor sleep patterns could also play a role in this one. Liver/colon cleanses seem to help in this area. I notice after several cleanses the dark circles under my eyes look less dark and my vision seems clearer too. It could be the condition of the liver/and other organs is reflected in and around the eyes. If you haven’t tried this yet it might be worth considering. Colosan and Oxy-powder don’t mix well with bentonite clay. Bentonite clay covers the walls of the intestine and gently works off any impacted fecal matter. Colosan/Oxy will try to do their thing, which is to release oxygen that dissolves the fecal matter,a nd the clay will be there in the way. So if you wish to mix both, don’t use the clay. This is incorrect. Bentonite Clay is not ”digested” by the body, and the minerals in the clay - if the body has chosen to pick them up - will not redirect significant amounts of energy to be used for their metabolism. You can use bentonite clay during a fast, if it is one of the cleaner grades. If it is not a very clean clay, you will risk momentarily halting the fast with its use (because of possible digestion). Something new to try if u havent already: foot soak in bentonite clay with 1tbls acv and 1/2 c epsom salt. Mix the clay with water and let it dry on your feet then soak feet in hot water with the salt and acv. Just a suggestion, bentonite clay is good for pulling out toxins and much more. I think that folks got the ””P & B” abbreviation from the Master Cleanse forum. 18 % of bentonite is made up of Aluminium, the sellers of the clay claim that it doesn’t get absorbed by the body and back that up with hair analysis. I am not so convinced. My hair analyis showed I was not toxic for aluminium while my edta/dmpsa challenge test showed I am highly aluminium toxic.My point being hair analysis is not a great indicator. No matter what combination you make it is always: 1 tsp if you have powdered psyllium 1 tbsp if you have whole husk psyllium 1 tbsp of Hydrated Bentonite (liquid) If you have the powdered bentonite clay then you must hydrate it first, before measuring it out. Make a paste with water, then add more water (its WAY easier to buy the hydrated bentonite!)...etc until it is a liquidy yogurt consistency. Then use 1 tbsp of bentonite clay. That’s it! I wanted to add another cleanup product that I forgot to mention in my original post. Bentonite clay. This is sterilized of course and must be mixed with water a day ahead of time because it takes time for the clay to fully absorb the water and not be clumpy. Mix 2 tablespoonfuls of dry clay with 6 ounces of water and mix with fork. Mix again preferably 2 more times before consuming to make a smooth gel-like consistency. I thought we are suppose to have an acidic stomach. Somehow after taking Yomesan to kill some parasites, I started craving tomato juice and orange juice. I don’t know why, maybe my body knew it needed Vitamin C? Maybe it is due to intestinal yeast, so I should get one of those bentonite clay yeast buster kits. Yup, this seems to be a rare aoocuance, but it happened to me as well - burning mouth & thrush from doing oil pulling. Using coconut oil with a drop of oregano oil put me over the edge! Wait, bentonite clay has benefits if you use it for swishing? Does it help with heavy metals? I drink a little bit instead. Many times, helps me use the bathroom shortly afterwards, so I really hope that’s toxins being made to exit. Obviously, I don’t swallow the same thing I used to swish/pull with.
