Hello ladies,
I have a question regarding back pain and Mirena. Many of us had back pain as a symptom, and I read the posts assuming it is lower back pain. BUT Did anyone also experience back pain in general, like in the middle of their back toward their shoulder blades? Any other back pain beside lower?
I remember thinking we needed a new mattress, because I had such bad back pain that migrated while I had Mirena. Now about to start 2nd post period, I have had back pain so bad, I can hardly stand at times, and I have a job where I don’t sit much--in fact I have walked up to 9.5 miles ...

There is always a physical root cause in the structural system when we have any kind of back pain that is a misalignment in the sacrum.
Many people have all kinds of conditions but no back pain, and many have back pain but no other severe conditions right? If different conditions cause back pain other than on the structural level than everyone with these conditions should have back pain and vise ver ...

Back Pain: Relief Measures
by musclepain 11 y
Back Pain Relief comes through various therapies that provide much needed comfort to the back. Muscle strain is the primary cause of back pain. The integral part of our back, the spine, is held up by large paired muscles and their inflammation causes back pain and a significant stiffness. Commonly, muscle strain is caused by, sudden movement, heavy lifting, and awkward fall, or a sports injury. The various massaging therapies target the muscles and get rid of all the strain in them.
The massage therapy is primarily used to give back pain relief. Though the therapy is very popula ...

What Causes Back Pain and How to Treat it?
A sense of unease, pain or discomfort anywhere along the spine, from the neck to the hips, is called as back pain. It is one of the common complaints plaguing mankind and often the most disabling too. The pain can arise from inflammation of muscles, bones, nerves, or blood vessel.
Multiple causes can result in an injury to the back. Incorrect posture or lifting technique, repetitive twisting motion and bending for lifting heavy weights can lead to an injury. Back pain can also result in a herniated disc, sprain and strain and rarely, fractur ...

Lately I have flushed every three months on average as my gb now works well.
However, every time I start having upper back pain, I understand my gb is congested and needs cleasing.
I know that many flushers do not have upper back pain, but for the ones who do, this seems to be a good allied to our treatment as we should know that the pain means time to flush.

It may be due a strain in the muscles or an injury or problems like Osteoarthritis, arthritis, bone fracture or tumor or some infection. Molly, I’ve found the best way to get into a good position is to have a little stool (the furnature kind), that I put in front of the loo, and pop my feet on. The aim is to achieve a position where your knees are just slightly higher than the top of your pelvic bone.
This is also a good position for sitting for women who have lower back pain during periods, or for anyone with lower back pain. Next time you get lower back pain, try it, and you will be surprised at how well this works for pain relief :)

Regarding the back pain, are you sure you’re drinking enough water? I’ve read that back pain during a fast/cleanse can be due to dehydration. For every 2 lemonades I drink 1 full glass of water(avg. glass holds @ 16ozs)and that’s been working great for me - never had a hint of back pain. If you’re already doing that try flooding your system with more water (while not decreasing your lemonade intake of course). Hope that helps!

Back pain ranges from a dull, constant ache with a sudden, sharp pain. Acute back pain comes on suddenly in most cases lasts from a few days to some few weeks. Back pain is known as chronic when it lasts for over three months.
Most back pain goes away on its own, although it may take awhile. Taking over-the-counter pain-killer and restingwill help. However remaining in bed for more than 1 or 2 days can make it worse.

- nerves galore in the ”Enteric Nervous System”, its close proximity to the bowel, and our epidemic of bowel/gastero problems and diseases is reflected in the back pain epidemic. So, it obviously CAN happen.

by Christi 20 y
I have major back pain in my upper back and hip/lower back. It think it is because there are toxins that hide in all the crevices of our joints, and our backs are a prime location for that. The pain I think comes from the release of the toxins and replenishment of new, healthy cells. This is just my understanding, but I know that last time my back pain intensified, then as I cleansed it went away, then afterward it STAYED away and as long as i kept sugar-free, I never had joint pain.
