  *I wanted to add the warning from my original message that you should NOT take too many beatin HCL pills right away. Instead, you should GRADUALLY increase the dose. Also, it can be dangerous for some people to take it (if you have an ulcer, etc.), so make sure it's safe for you before starting. If you feel too much burning or heaviness in your chest or stomach, swallowing baking soda with water can help.* I just want to thank you for sharing this approach! I may not always do the same amounts of supplements as you, but I'm basically doing what you recommended and I'm already noticing a big reduction in Body Odor and its only my 2nd or 3rd week trying this! At first, I had an increase in Body Odor when I was taking 8-9 beatin hcl pills and wasn't great about taking psyllium husk, but now I'm taking 1-2 per meal, along with psyllium husk daily (I try to take vitamins and digestive enzymes too when I remember) and its amazing how well it works! I've also found it helpful to not drink too much liquid during a meal. This doesn't really apply to guys, but I've also used 'summers eve' cleansing cloths to balance the PH of my skin also (I've heard its not good to do this too frequently, so I don't plan on using these cloths for too long). Anyway, thank you sooo much for sharing your story and recommendations!! Unfortunately, a lot of people have different issues on here, but for me its literally making every aspect of my life better!

Hi!I started having allergic reactions to food.Last week I had miso soup and felt my lips were itchy, swelling with hot ear so I went to urgent care. They said it seemed to be a mild food allergy .Two days later I felt like my throat was closing and went to the ER.They said that as far as they can see my throat was not closing, gave me hormones anyway. Went to ER twice with that feeling. GP thinks it is GERD, should use my inhaler, take anti-acids,sleep propped up.The yellow stool/diarrhea that I have had since January has gotten runnier,worse.Have started getting rashes and stomach upset after eating previously fine foods. (yellow squash, ginger)Mostly eating kefir, meats and veggies hoping that somehow this will heal my gut.Introduced a 50billion probiotic resulting in rashes,seemingly increased sensitivity. Light white tongue coating.Could it be bacterial imbalance or parasites? Is there a test for that?Continue taking rash causing probiotics? Diet? Seeing allergy specialist. Diagnosed with adrenal fatigue.Thanks!

  If you aren't too sensitive to caffeine make some extra strong lipton tea, boiled down two parts water to one part. The tannins in tea and other foods work well against gram negative bacteria. Any bright colored food that has staining properties will also work, and while you're at it try some low dose Lugol's Iodine like 1-3 drops.
  
  If you can tolerate dairy make your own yogurt or kefir.
  
  You also need to feed your flora with soluble fiber, I don't know how strict the fodmap diet is but if you avoid all carbs and fermentable fiber then your flora will not have a chance. Food preparation is they key to dealing with sibo and carbs. I would say for now don't eat anything raw at all and fry things you like in coconut oil and see how that helps.
  
  I had some old posts about how frying coconut oil may release the lauric acid or make it more assimilable and a few people had massive candida die-off and release just from doing this.
  
  You can also try clove tea and see if it will knock out either of these infections.
  
  Long term is another issue and sibo is a long term thing. Cartilege broth (not bone broth) is excellent.
  
  If you tolerate fats well then saturated fats should help: unrefined red palm oil, coconut oil, ghee.
  
  Salt is another big one, and dependent on your dosha can help a lot with sibo and adrenal.

  I had Lyme and Morgellons at the same time and one thing that I learned is that Morgellons doesn't like.
  
  hydrogen peroxide because it kills Morgellons.
  
  I used h.p. internally and externally on the sores and it would burn like heck.
  
  One thing that crossed my mind when I was reading your post was that you might have Mogellons because
  
  it is common to have both.
  
  I hope it isn't but it may be something to consider since the Herx reaction can happen with hp internally.
  
  Also, Morgellons causes a lot of fatigue and depression. One time I was laying with my head on a far infrared pad and
  
  when I got up i had vertigo really bad and had to crawl to the other room.

Hey all

In preparation for the next phase of my cleansing/healing, im trying to find a diet that will help reseal the gut while cleansing candida and restoring microbial balance

I also plan to experiment with "The Pulse Test" as recommended by Jaguar (Mike Forrest)

Both of these diets look promising and there is a book for each one

Any experience?

I've developed tons of food intolerances and feel so much more tired after doing a fruitarian cleanse this summer, though I did kill off a lot of worms

  You can augment the supplementation efficacy through Fulvic acid, which is conmsuming either wild plants rich in it, or capsules, or better and cheaper yet - powder in water.
  This will also save you money on supplements.
