Please know that all of my efforts are not consistent due to general pandemonium and exhaustion, and that they are always punctuated by chocolate and ice cream! I read one of my older posts and was horrified at how I sound like I do all of this every single day...that is a goal or ideal!

It does not leave a stain unless you use too much. What I think I will do is make an oil mix with a few drops and then shake well and so use less than a drop for my whole face that way. I am waiting to get some good oil again. Anyone know anything about cold-pressed grape seed oil?

I have been giving the girls a drop of Lugols in water now and then and they are doing fine. Also, the dog is getting it in her water, and she lives! And Tom drinks some in his coffee sometimes...
