I do -- I find that the Lugol's helps me to stay clearer and perhaps to reduce wrinkles? I have been having some breakouts, probably as a result of Lugol's detox, and the topical Iodine seems to help them clear up faster.

I also mix a little with oil for moisturizer.

I am thinking of adding a drop or two to my OP mix. I did this one day by accident (no contacts in the a.m., added Lugols rather than the oregano oil) and it didn't seem to make much of a difference re: teeth or anything. I feel that it can't hurt....
