At start I bought trimmed root but it was too heavy to my stomach. It was like swalling pebbles.Later I ordered root powder(2006 harvest) from the first link below(allayurveda.com).I highly recommend it since it's cheap and fast delivered by courier

As far as the freshness, I have read in an old greek botanology book that root parts should always be at most 12 months old, no more,coz they lose their effectiveness.

Well the dosage was 10 grams of root powder diluted in half a glass of water, and took it internally twice a day on an empty stomach. As I wrote in the initial message it dissapeared two small lipomas in a month. the third had remained ,coz I discontinued it. Now 1 month after reusing it my third lipoma(and most painful) has also dissapeared.Now the dosage was only 3grams twice daily.If you take the 10grams dosage it may be a little laxative.The 3 grams dosage has no effect on my BM habbits.

I don't know if a cream would have the same results, but I think internally is more convenient for me, coz externally you have to not touch everything, otherwise it will dye it red.

The last 2 days I use it externally, mixed with equal parts of honey. It seems to help eliminate some pimples around my eyes also.I also hope to remove an old burn spot on my cheek. But my pillow has some red spots. I put it at night, because it's frightening going around with it on my face,LOL

The initial scope of using Rubia was for internal bleeding though.I got to know about it here in Curezone. It helped me instantly, in a matter of hours.In Ayurveda it is considered one of the most powerful blood detoxifiers.
