Rubia cordifolia - does it have a common name? what is it usually used for?

if its an obscure herb, how do i obtain it 'fresh'?

you mention 10 gr - do you mean grams or grains?

internally? with meals?

how about a poultice or cream?

how did you know to use it? is there an external reference you know of?
