i have skinny wrists, yet a pot belly.
i don't eat tons, i'm a vegan. i usually eat 3 meals a day with little in between.
i've had the problem since before i was a vegan.
i've been told that these are the solutions:
1. insulin resistance, stop eating refined carbohydrate/sugars for 2 weeks.
2. excersize
3. congestion, use castor oil packs
i already excersize daily (light though), i'll be stepping that up soon. as for my diet, i don't exactly know what a refined carbohydrate is, but i assume i won't have much to eat after it's gone. and castor oil packs, i will try if someone can explain to me if it would work and how.
