hi, i only took 2 tablespoons of castor oil yesterday with juice, last night i did an enema, there was the castor oil, it really goes through your system fast. with such a low dosage, i had no problem at all. last night i rubbed the oil all over my belly, layed a towel over it, and put the heating pad on for about 1 hour. then, when going to bed, i put castor oil on again. im trying to deflate my tummy. we will see!!!!!
