Re: appendicitis?

I had my appendix out several years ago. My scar is on my right side below the belly button. I remember feeling very sick with some pain, vomiting, and fever. I couldn't get comfortable. When my father got me to the hospital and the doctor examined me, my appendix was 10 inches long and wrapped around my intestines. Pay close attention to what you are feeling. My sister waited to long ( a day or two )and the appendix burst. Have other people in your family had appendicitis? It is hereditary. My father and his brother had it. My sister and I both had it.

Just thought I'd let you know my experience with appendicitis.
