appendicitis?

the candida cleanse is currently going well..until yesturday, i was feeling awesome. and then, last night i had a crazy fever. it went away, i slept, and awoke into yumminess once more. later in the day, however, i had a sudden violent feeling that i might pass out or puke. this was followed by an intense pain on the right side of my torso. the pain comes in waves, and has reached a point where i even considered visiting a hospital (yikes!). i wonder if anyone knows anything about what i am experiencing or can give me any advice on what to do. also, i haven't eaten all day, because i have had no appetite..i am hungry now, but i don't know if it would be appropriate or not for me to ask body to process something else.
