Hello! I understand your pain. I began to see my hair thin when I was in my forties. I tried every natural thing that I could think of, but nothing really worked.

Then I began to look into Chinese herbs. I found one that is relatively inexpensive and has caused my hair to regain much of it's thickness. It's called Schizandra or schixandra. I believe that either one will work. It took about 3 months of taking the supplement to see the difference. Schizandra is also used to help beautify the skin.
