Re: Has anyone tried a Keto Diet for high cortisol or AF in general?

Dr. Wilson recommends the Schwarzbein principle. It's generally low carb but definitely stays away from the extreme I'm at. My only beef with her program is that it allows bread, which I am very much against.

One bread I'm not sure about is Ezekiel bread. It is purely sprouted grains and has no flour in it at all. Still very carby though.

My problem is that any time I try to eat more protein, or any carbs at all I get SEVERE reactive low blood Sugar and all sorts of other side effects.
