progesterone cream update

just wanted to update-I stopped using it to see what would happen-if anything. as we know-I am a glutton for punishment-and use myself regularly as a guinea pig (I am definitely reading too much-2 books with completely opposing viewpoint prob. doesnt help lol!). 1/2 way thru today, my eyes started going, vertigo -felt overall- like crap. checked my chart, and based on my flow being at least 2 days short-I hit dead on to where estrogen dominance kicks in. (I hadn't been recording daily on the chart-thought I was getting too obsessive about it). I decided to go back to the cream. (should have started about 4 days ago). rubbed some on and my eyes immediately felt better and dizziness went away. Psychosematic? can it work that fast? My friend rubbed it on and said she immediately felt better, but logically, does that make sense.... dunno.... thoughts?

will keep you updated on the autimmune supplement (just a multi). waiting for some sunshine, dry weather and WARMTH! East coast winters really BITE! If the pollen factors go up and my allergies dont-I will reccomend it.....

btw-for those using the chart-the 2nd book i read, said that if your cycle run short, you should pull the days off the beginning of the cycle....
