Thank you so much Naturlist! I have been reading your advice on leaky gut and find your suggestions invaluable. I am quite sure I suffer from this as well. I thought eating oatmeal would help lower the ldl. Even though my numbers may not be as bad as I thought this is certainly a wake up call. I need to take better care of my 51 year old body now not later! I truly appreciate your taking a look at this for me. Oh and by the way your HDL is 103!!! That's amazing. Jean Tweet
