ACV/SWF Liver Flush II
2nd ACV/SWF Liver Flush- Different Results

Followed the same protocol as my first modified flush, but had different results. Started out the same, with a small solid morning BM. Around 11am a combination solid and liquid BM, but that seemed to be the extent of ES effect. As last time, not much eliminated.
12:30pm drank my salt water. About 2 hours later, a lot came came out, but unlike last time the empahsis was on chaff, and small debris - perhaps pinhead size tan stones and just a few small stones. Continued to drink water. Had a couple of more eliminations with mainly chaff and small tan stones. About an hour after that did a second SWF and about 2 hours after that had significantly more green stones. A couple of bathroom trips with a few dozen fecal covered green pea sized stones, still with a lot of debris.
So, I still don't know where the ACV might come into play. Perhaps it kicked out most of the big stuff last time, freeing up all the debris that came out this time.
What is CERTAIN, is that I would not have seen any of this with out the DOUBLE SWF.
I still am amazed that after a day of fasting and day of nothing but water, I see all this stuff, which clearly means it didn't come from what I ate.
For those who would argue that LF results are nothing but the ingredients of the process, they would be hard pressed to explain the major differences of reults of this flush vs the last one following the exact same protocol.
