3rd SWF follow-up to and ACV Fiver Flush
My last 2 flushes under this new protocol have been very productive, so the question arises, has my less than stellar health, this past 2 weeks, been a result of toxicity release or just a coincidental lingering minor infection. About 2 weeks ago a had a minor cold. The usual start up symptoms, headache, sinus congestion, fatigue. Nothing major. From there it usually goes to my chest and clears up in a day or two. 2nd ACV/SWF Liver Flush- Different Results
Aug 22-23, 2007
Followed the same protocol as my first modified flush, but had different results. Started out the same, with a small solid morning BM. Around 11am a combination solid and liquid BM, but that seemed to be the extent of ES effect. As last time, not much eliminated.
12:30pm drank my salt water. About 2 hours later, a lot came came out, but unlike last time the empahsis was on chaff, and small debris - perhaps pinhead size tan stones and just a few small stones. On 1st attempt with ACV on Liver Flush, had phenomenal results with Salt Water Flush follow-up
This was several days ago (trouble posting this, here, but we seem to be up and running, again)
OH MY GOD!
Never had a result like this before. The only thing new I added was ACV (based on another posting I had read)
For my last 3 flushes, I have been using Sunflower Oil, orange juice and egg yolks, and I have been getting a higher volume of stones when following up with a salt water flush, later on the following day (No ES follow-up). (Also just added SWF for the last 3). But didn’t expect this.
