Day 5 Day 5 of juice fast Wish me luck on this weekend. This week has gone by no problem.. i went by gamestop yesterday to gfet the new wii game brain academy, and there was a pizza place next door.. i swear it was the ONLY time this week that i wanted to gorege on foood. other than that i'm good. I feel good.. i'm not feeling 'thin' but i relize i have along way to go. One thing that i'm noticing is that my weight gage is totally off. I was 214 for the longest time and i've gone between 150-170-214 all my life.. it seems like my 3 main nmbers. As soon as I get down to 150, in realitiy i problably look healthy, but my mind tells me i'm scary skinny... so now that i'm 176 (yes lost another pound) i'm paying attention to all the weight i have to lose and i want to continue to do that becuase my BMI says i can be between 120 and 164, and i'd like to try to get down to the 120's.. just so i can be thin for a while. We'll see what happends.. its almostlike i haven't paid attention to the crap growing on my back and stomach for 2 years now.. anyway i feel good. i went fora good walk yesterday and lost another lb.
