Day 1... oh my gosh am I really going to do this?

Day 1 of my juice fast

I finished the master cleanse about a month ago. Lost 11lbs, loved the weight loss, loved that I didn't have to bother eating or wroring about food.. HATED the lemonde.. so here's my attempt at doing the same thing but with something I love. Juice drinks called 'naked' they are supposed to be organic.. reading the labels its a bunch of fruit puree's... I hate preparing food.. so this is easy easy enough for me to do. Here's my journey:

Day 1.. pigged out yesterday so of corse my stomach is starving today. I weigh 181 as of this AM.. I'm hoping this fast gets me to not think about food as much. For me to realize that food is for nutirtion and not for fun or comfort or boredom. I also hope this revitalizes my body so that when I come off I can go abck on the raw foods diet which i loved so much but was to lazy to work at. Having just moved to nashville, tn.. I am B O R E D! I work, sleep eat, work, sleep, eat.. I'd like to find OTHER things to do and I know i hold msyelf back because of my weight... so here's an attempt to gain friends by similar diets, increase my esteem by accomplishing this incredible feat and getting rid of the habit of eating when i'm not busy working.
