Day 3 & 4 Day 3 and 4 are now over. Still no problem with this fast, which I find amazing.  I've really gotten to like the lemonade and now put a heaping 1/8 tsp in each glass. Sometimes when I start to drink it I sneeze from the pepper. No detox symptoms to speak of, my tongue is a little white but I do brush it when I brush my teeth so maybe thats why. It helps that I don't have a house full of people eating at all hours. just dh and I make his meals and don't find myself longing to take a taste. I think knowing that you have to come off this fast real slow or you'll get sick helps to not want to cheat. I just hate throwing up! Can't believe some people do that intentionally. eeewwww. Not doing the SWF it just doesn't fit into my schedule, maybe I will try doing the tea in the morning so that will start to work by the time I get home from work. Kind of a boring blog, nothing really to report or comment on, thats why I combined these two days. I will say though I did have more energy this afternoon than I usually have. Normally I just die mid afternoon, and wind up drinking coffee. I feel really positive about this MC and think I can do it for at least 10 days! Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
