im sorry guys im let down.. i caved and just ate my heart out. i wasnt strong enough and i just had a plate of pasta and some mini chocolate bars. i felt so weak i just didnt feel like ishould be feeling like this. maybe ill try something else some other time. thanks for the support tho :)
