beginning day 3...

feeling ok...

ok i am very happy with myself that i did not eat last night...cuz let me tell you i felt like craaaap. my head was hurting and i had stomach pains. but i just tried to ignore it as much as possible, and went to bed early. and surprisingly i had a very good sleep. the hunger pangs did not bother me at all, i slept very well!
but today is a new day :) i am feeling better and ready to keep going with this!
im debating whether or nto to have the swf...i had the herbal tea last nite and that just kicked in as soon as i woke up. but i gotta tellyou, im not eliminating as much i thought i should be? so i dont think there is any point for me to do the swf right now...maybe tmrw

ok i am about to make a lemonade and get on with my day.
