Date: 9/24/2006 6:22:28 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2191 times Well today has been another day of mucus elimination. Three times so far, it's almost 5:30 now.
I worked 8 hours today, which I don't need to get into but I felt like crap when I got home. So I went for a 4km run and now I feel amazing!!! I felt like I could have kept going forever but I'm trying to minimize weight loss as I'm already about 139lbs (I was probably around 145 or so at the start).
Just drank huge juice of carrots, beets, beet greens, celery, zucchini squash, and an apple. What a rush that was going down!
In an hour or two I'm doing another swf. Hopefully my run shook up and loosened some more junk for me to get rid of! This is actually starting to get kind of fun - it's my mission to do everything I can to clear myself out!
Officially two weeks in six and a half hours!
