Date: 9/21/2006 1:06:16 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3063 times So, because yesterday was so rotten, I went to bed early, around 10 o'clock. I think I had the best sleep I've had all year - slept til 9:30, didn't get out of bed til 11! I felt like I woke up from a coma, and I had such long, deep dreams I had to lie there for a while reflecting.
I just drank a carrot/beet/apple, and I'm feeling pretty damn good. I'm done my second 25lb of carrots, so today I'll be picking up a bunch of veggies for the next week.
All week until yesterday I'd been feeling much clearer in the head, always feeling really calm, almost to the point of feeling sedated. Now I'm started to feel slightly enhanced thought processes, probably because I finally got a decent night's sleep. This is the part I was looking forward to.
It's like being a kid again. To be able to just sit in contemplation going through lost ancient memories of life and brainstorming ideas for the future. It's impossible to be bored. I've been playing my guitar at a level much higher than I ever have.
