Healthy Food - mmmmmmm!

An interesting happened to me last night. I took my mother and daughter to IKEA and they ate at the cafeteria. What was weird was in the cafeteria line they have various displays - first one was sweet, dessert like items and the next display offered more wholesome, healthier meals i.e. salads, sandwiches, etc. Before this cleanse I would have been eyeing up the desserts with loads of desire, but when both healthy and junky were before me I couldn't take my eyes off the healthy food. In fact, the sight of the desserts was a little nauseating. I wasn't even hungry and it wasn't an ordeal to forgoe the healthy food - but it just looked so beautiful. Like the tomato, bochicinni sandwich - wow! When I'm off the cleanse I will have one of those as they are stuck in my mind now.

Again, I had very little sleep last night (due to work), but lots of energy today. Amazing.

I'm getting some sort of gut raunch now - like an empty stomach smell once and a while. Although I haven't had as many drinks today - so I will get right on that now.
