Day 3
Feeling lighter
Date: 7/25/2006 11:46:33 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1948 times Well yesterday went much better than day 1. I didn't have the same head throbbing craziness I experienced on Day 1. I actually slept quite well last night.
Today I feel lighter. I went for a short walk and was suprised at how easy it was to spring up some stairs.
There is still this very shallow low grade headache/fever occuring but it is barely noticeable and seems to be gradually going away. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow.
Again I did not take the SWF and opted for the senna tea this morning instead. I don't think I'm eliminating enough though. Visits to the throne don't produce much. I guess at this point there isn't much to eliminate. I will go a couple more days with the senna in the morning as this seems to work well enough for me and then start again on the SWF.
