Feeling better then last night

Well last night (Day 1) was nothing short of hell. I had one heck of a headache that gradually got worse and worse until reaching its peak just before I vomitted and went to bed. I'm not sure what that was. Perhaps toxins, perhaps sunstroke - or maybe the salt. When I did throw up I could taste salt - wondering if it just sat in my stomach all day. I didn't really eliminate as much as I thought I would.

This morning I woke up feeling much relieved. I weighed myself as 223.5 lbs. I actually felt not bad all morning, but as I write this now in the early afternoon I can feel that same low grade headache building again like yesterday.

I almost quit last night - I'm not big into suffering but the headache was astounding. I hope it doesn't repeat again tonight.

I didn't do the SWF, instead I opted for more senna tea.
