Day 5- Master Cleanse (Morning)

Dreaming of Foods....

My 5 month old woke me up at 5:00am this morning and I couldn't get back to sleep. I spent the next 2.5 hours thinking and half-dreaming about food. But not just any food. Really healthy food like fish and whole grains. I thought about ways to prepare the food. I thought about the best ingredients. It was torturous cause I should have been really sleepy but I didn't feel sluggish or tired, I have a lot of energy, but I know I should still be sleepy and I'm not.

I had two BM's last night, mostly liquid and a few bits of what looked like brown peas. (Sorry, for being graphic here.) I think I will buy a Citroma (Magniesium Citrate) today and drink half tonight to get my bowels and colon really working. I had my AM Lax tea at about 8:20 so far no movement.

It's day 5, supposedly the hardest day, the hump day of Master Cleanse. I hope its a good day. I'll write again tonight.
