Master Cleanse - Back On 11-24-2006 18 y
Time to get back on the cleansing bandwagon.
It has been about 4 months since my last MC and I am in urgent need of one. I have been traveling for business for the past 4 months and my company has been feeding me very well. I even went to a job training for a week in Chicago to a place they call the fat farm because of all of the food thats available (banana’s foster at 3:00pm) it was ridiculous. Needless to sya I gained back all the weight I lost during my last cleanse and I feel sludgy and heavy again. I broke the fast...kinda....
I broke my fast on day 8 (not purposely) with a piece of tomatoe. I had to have the stupid tomatoe so I ate the whole tomatoe. I stopped at the tomatoe. I had a smooth move at night to try to get back on track. Can you get back on track after a tomatoe?
Day 9’s BM was still sludgey only with tomatoe. I think the tomatoe helped push some stuff out. I also had a little food today. Drinking the Clarkia with no food throughout the day was making me queasy and light headed. I had about a 1 cup of food for the whole day. Some boiled plantain, tomatoe, green beans and rice. My mood is picking up on Day 7....
I am so proud of myself. Day 6 was hard, oh so hard. Incredibly emotional and sick of the lemonade. But I made it. The Citroma I drank the night before really flushed out alot of brown liquified fowl smelling crap. I had about 4 very easy movements from 7:00am to about 11:00 am. I never felt cramps or the urgent need to BM. It tasted great and went down easy and it was much better than the SWF. I think I will do another Citroma flush on day 10.

Dreaming of Foods....
My 5 month old woke me up at 5:00am this morning and I couldn’t get back to sleep. I spent the next 2.5 hours thinking and half-dreaming about food. But not just any food. Really healthy food like fish and whole grains. I thought about ways to prepare the food. I thought about the best ingredients. It was torturous cause I should have been really sleepy but I didn’t feel sluggish or tired, I have a lot of energy, but I know I should still be sleepy and I’m not.

No hunger, no thirst, but appreciating food on a higher level.
Today was not a great day in terms of BM’s. I had 1 or 2 watery BM’s with not much solid in it. I also switched to limes which gives more juice per fruit than lemons. I only did this cause lemons are not in season or something and they are all greem. So I bought limes instead. It tastes a lot better than the lemon juice. I wasn’t hungry or thirsty at all today I had to force myself to drink the limeade at all. I had about 8 cups today. Sea Salt Burned my Tongue
This just came to me as I was putting my son to sleep. I think that stupid move with the Sea Salt this morning burned my tongue. I can’t imagine it being the cleanse. visit the page Day 3- Master Cleanse 18 y
Splotchy tongue and stinky breath...
Day 3 and still going strong.
Here are a list of changes so far:
1. My skin is so much softer. (Also, I did a hard full body scrub with a pumice stone to exfoliate inpurities.)
2. My breath is really stinky.
3. I have developed GEOGRAPHIC TONGUE. I have never had this condition before and I wonder if it is a result of the cleanse or the sea salt?
4. My stools have been watery and frequent but there is no bulk to them. I don’t know what I am expecting to come out of me but everyone else talks about sludge and maybe I will get that soon.

no cravings - what a surprise!!!
This morning I woke up late for a meeting and missed my SWF. I drank 8 oz. of Lemonade and went about my business. Normally on a sunday morning I would be craving eggs and bacon and today, nothing. This is pretty awesome, no cravings at all. I had a little cramping last night cause I drank some smooth move before bed at around 9:00. I went to bet after 1:00 am cause of the cramping. Not much stuff coming out. I wonder why. Could I be filled with parasites?
