Had another small BM mid-morning, kind of burny, but not like the real clean out. Starting to feel a little spacey this afternoon. Drinking almost the last of my quart of tonic. Forgot to drink my dieters tea until 11am, over three hours ago. Suddenly there is rumbling in my guts and a sort of bloaty feeling that wasn't there before. I don't think I will get too far from the loo for a while. Headache from this morning seems to have dissipated. I love the floaty citrus bits in my tonic. mmmm. Thinking about going to a yoga class tonight, but wondering if I will have enough energy after work, going home, all that entails. We shall see. I am noticing my sense of smell is getting more acute, which reminded me of a fasting effect I noticed in the past. After I start really clearing mucous I can smell other people and they smell awful. Not BO either, I smell their mucous, and they smell kind of like decay. Which does tend to keep me on the straight and narrow food-wise for a while, because it is so revolting. I must smell like that right now to people with fresh, clean systems.

Not sure what is going on, but had a super liquid BM (lovely at work)and then I suddenly got very thirsty, sucked down two quarts of water, the last of my tonic, and am working on another pint of water as I type. Think I may have to head for the toilet again.

Why on earth does a cleanse BM have to smell so awful? Way worse than normal. Wretched. TMI, right?
