Day 29.....end of day Feeling good, 3 mile walk Got up, skin brushed. I felt pretty good, still have that cough but not as bad. I figured that the cough is detox. I don't know what it's trying to get rid of out of my lungs, but I'm glad it is. The sun shone wonderfully! I went for a 3 mile walk!! It took 44:25 min. It felt great to be out, but that last mile was a challenge. Then I got back and started cleaning the kitchen. I polished about 1/3 of the cupboards, put up new curtains, and cleaned the track in the window. Felt great! 1 more day!! Then I'm having fruit!! My mother called me today and asked me to promise her something. I said I couldn't promise something that I don't know what it is. She said you will anyway. So I said ok. She said, promise me you won't be anorexic. I laughed! I told her that I was getting all my nutrients from the jucies, and she said that she didn't know if she believed that or not. So, whatever. All she sees is me losing weight, but she hasn't asked me about my headaches, how I'm feeling, NOTHING! She just thinks I'm starving. It doesn't matter. I already told her that I'm thinking about doing another one this summer/fall. 1 more day, I'm ready to be done. "Faith is not complacent; faith is action. You don't have faith and wait.
