Day 21.....end of day

Down 20 pounds and one size smaller

Well, I got on the scale and I hit 20 pounds!! YAHOO!!! It made my day. I skin brushed. I didn't do my weight workout this morning because I had to leave early and I was up late last night.

I went with my friend to her sons state wrestling meet. There must have been 3,000 people there! It was so noisy. And the thing is, I always get a headache in really loud places, and I didn't!! WooHoo! I was lethargic though.

My face seems to be lightly breaking out today. My tongue still has 2 white lines on it. My mouth is dry and yucky tasteing. My body was pretty achy today. My ankle that I sprained about 8-9 yrs ago has been hurting the last few days. I'm still cold, but luckily the weather is slowly warming up. I may doing another fast this summer when it's warm.

Today was all water again. Tomorrow I'm going to have a nice large glass of orange juice!! Yum, I love that stuff!

9 more days!! I'm looking forward to it, but I'm also scared. Scared of messing up and over eating.
