Day 15.....end of day

Fatigued, short tempered, PMS time!

This morning was ok. I think I have a vag. yeast infection, maybe. Healing crisis? I skin brushed and did an enema.

I did go for a 2 mile walk, but I was slow, took me 35:30 min. I've been fatigued all day. I think PMS is hitting me. I just wanted to EAT something! And I'm short tempered. That's PMS. I haven't wanted to do anything. Blah, blah, blah. I hope this don't last too long, I'm weak minded right now. I don't even want to juice anything.  

Well, I'm half way done, unless I decide to go longer. I haven't had that many 'great' days. I don't think I'm asking to much to have some more great days. And I'm not stopping on a 'down' day, it's gotta be a 'great' day. 

I pray tomorrow is better. But PMS usually lasts about 5 days with me. :( Oh boy, this is going to be tough. But I'm tough, I made it this far.
