4:00 Had to pee again in the night
7:45 Stomach is churning, but I had to leave for school. Glad that I made it there before any nice adventures.
I was so encouraged this morning by the big weight loss since yesterday. I talked with a friend last night who did the MC and he lost 24 pounds in 10 days! OH MY! I’m just hoping I can keep off what I’ve lost so far.
Feeling good this morning, no hunger, still energetic and STILL COLD!
10:30 pm Hmm, quite a busy day… didn’t have much time to record thoughts.
Had the normal noontime bathroom trip as well as a bit this evening around 5- it’s clockwork now.
Feeling great today! Especially since I’m so close to the end. I drank barely 50 oz. of the lemonade and a full 64 oz. of water. I felt hungry this afternoon, but was so busy that it kept my mind off of things.
A pretty uneventful day, but very busy, and I had the energy for it all! Go MC! I’m definitely for sure in this to 10 days- I mean, no thoughts of quitting today. The end is too close in sight.
