I ate a hot dog and some Cheetos...

...in my dreams last night! I dreamed all night about food! You'd think I'd dream then of some great steak or lasagna or french fries. But, I dreamt of going to 7-Eleven and buying a hot dog off of one of those rotisseries, a Diet coke and some Cheetos. Then was dreaming that I was in Target and they were passing out samples of little vanilla cookies- you know those flower ones with a hole in the middle that you put your finger through- and I ate one! When I woke up, I was so glad I didn't really ruin the fast with a rotisserie hot dog. :)
9:45 am Well, sleeping 12 hours really did much for me! My headache is gone and I feel tons better. I have been waking up each day with lots of energy and today is no different. I'm so glad that the headache is gone!!
I'll go for some laxative tea now and stir up my lemonade. Hope today goes well, as school starts again tomorrow and I don't want any yucky feelings to linger.
2:00 I just got back from 1 hour of power yoga- that is hard stuff! I still am energetic though. I felt a little dizzy when we stood up in the end, but am now steadily drinking the lemonade. I decided I need to really concentrate on getting this stuff down- minimum 64 oz. a day. I just don’t really like the taste of it.
I’ve also filled up a third Nalgene to help me keep track of the extra water. Per the advice I got on the forums, I need to drink LOTS to get rid of the headache. No headache today anymore, but I’ll just keep drinking: 2 Nalgenes of lemonade a day (64 oz.), 32 oz. of plain water, and 2 cups of laxative tea.
No BMs so far. Hmmm…. Maybe I should be doing the SWF.
3:30 I ran up to school to work on report cards. Literally had to run into bathroom from parking lot! Glad to finally have a normal sized BM today.
6:45 Feeling very energetic again- I’m loving this feeling. Maybe some of the energy is from having all my report cards done- YIPPEE! When I left school I kicked open the door with my foot! Man, I can't even think about going to bed in a few hours- I've got to do something with all this energy!!!
I’ve drank 64 oz. of water today, in addition to almost 64 oz. of lemonade. Maybe that’s it. I feel that I can definitely keep on with this cleanse this week at school.
I got asked out for a date this weekend for sushi and had to turn him down- bummer! I said we’d have to reschedule. With that in mind, I really don’t want to keep going for like 20 days of this. He sounded impressed though with the cleanse- maybe that will work in my favor. :)
9:45 Just finished off the Super Slimming tea tonight. I still feel energetic, probably because I just watched a movie this evening. Off to bed.
